With the adoption of the new air spring method, we have succeeded in producing compact 3ds vibration isolation system series. The total height of a unit is between 113mm and 145mm. Furthermore, the high performance and quality of the epoch-making three-dimensional air spring is upgrade for natural frequency of 2.0Hz in a vertical direction and 3.0Hz in a horizontal direction.
We can guarantee to exclude troublesome vibration only when place the 3ds unit to the bottom of precision manufacturing or measuring devices.
